All of our items are built to order and take approximately 3 months from order date to ship date to complete. We do not offer returns at this time. Please take comfort that since 2011, we have never had a return request. During the build time you can still use your speakers as they are and this goes to show the confidence we have in our builds. Auditory memory can be short and we want you to have minimum downtime so you can truly experience the difference.
